The British Red Cross Society required the replacement of their old headquarters in Truro, with a modern facility to serve as an operational centre for Cornwall and regional training hub.

The new building carefully designed in conjunction with the client incorporates private office space with, flexible semi-public office space and a commercial wheelchair loan facility. An integrated heat recovery system recycles waste heat generated from the I.T Core and the building is planned to be easily extendable at a later date, should the client need additional space .
