Directors

Wellers is now managed by David Perry BSc (Hons), MRICS and Philip Meyers who together provide the direction for a motivated and experienced Practice.

DAVID PERRY qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 1997 and has practiced for over 20 years in the construction industry.

PHILIP MEYERS has a wealth of experience in the local construction market and utilises his technical skills and experience to provide an informed and professional service.

Surveyors

BRIAN PHABY joined the practice in 1997 and has worked for both Contractor and Client as a surveyor. Brian has over 35 years involvement within the industry.

HELEN DOWNING joined the practice in 2004 and has worked in the construction sector for ten years. Helen obtained an honours degree in Quantity Surveying at Reading University in 2008 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2010.

TOM BLEWETT joined the practice as a trainee in 2008 and has worked in the local construction sector for seven years. Tom has completed studying for his National Certificate in Construction at Cornwall College.

CDM Co-ordinators

BILL MELDRUM is a member of the Association for Project Safety (APS). He has worked in the construction industry since 1972 gaining experience with major building contractors, mainly in procurement and has a wealth of practical knowledge on the workings of the industry.

TERRY BRAY is a registered architect with over forty years of design and project management experience. Since joining Wellers in 1995 Terry has concentrated on the health and safety issues in design and construction as a Planning Supervisor (now CDM Co-ordinator).

SHERYL HARRIS provides the administrative support to the surveyors and CDM-Co-ordinators and ensures the smooth running of the practice.
