Chartered Quantity Surveyors - Construction Cost Managers - Project Managers - CDM Co-ordinators
Founded in 1959 by its namesake, the late William Weller, the Practice has grown and developed over the years and has established
itself as a respected surveying practice within the South West.
Wellers carry out the full range of traditional quantity surveying
services and in addition those of employer's agent and project management. Following the introduction of the CDM Regulations
1994, a planning supervision department was introduced. This now continues as CDM Co-ordinator service under the CDM 2007 Regulations.
